The service

AddonHive add-ons are software extensions of the CMS, offered through its official marketplace. Who invoices you depends on the CMS – see the next section.

Price and billing

On Shoptet, pricing and billing are handled by the CMS operator under its own terms; in that case we do not accept payments from you directly.

On Upgates, the provider and the invoicing party is Apptiary s.r.o. You pay the subscription directly to us through Stripe, which is the payment processor, not the seller. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. We are registered under § 7a of the Slovak VAT Act and are therefore not a VAT payer: supplies to another member state are subject to the reverse charge, and both VAT numbers appear on the invoice.

The billing period is one month. Changing the plan or the number of e-shops is prorated against the remainder of the period. You may cancel at any time; the paid plan runs until the end of the period already paid for, after which the add-on continues on the free tier – we do not switch it off.

Availability

We operate the service targeting 99.5% monthly availability outside planned maintenance. Notifications also depend on the availability of the CMS API and target services (Slack, Discord…), for which we are not responsible. A missed notification does not give rise to a damages claim.

Your obligations

You are responsible for the channel configuration and for who you give access to the notifications. If you enable showing the customer name, you are responsible for the lawfulness of such processing towards your customers.

Termination

You can uninstall the add-on at any time in the CMS administration. Notifications stop immediately and we delete the data within 30 days. We may terminate the service with 2 months’ notice given by e-mail.
